About Me

I’m the founder and director of Futuretheory, a Canberra, Australia based marketing, and design consultancy. I had my first client in 2008 and has since taken the business through a change in name, as well as working with clients including the Australian National University, Tilton Constructions, Charles Sturt University, and St Edmund’s College.

I started Futuretheory over 10 years ago with the mantra of quality over quantity, with a commitment to developing long-lasting relationships with every single individual and business. Today, we continue to make our clients’ goals come true through result-driven websites, marketing, and design.

Beyond business, I was born in Sri Lanka but I would describe myself as a ‘citizen of the world’, having attended 8 different schools while living in 4 different countries when growing up. This exposure to people from all walks of life is what fuels my desire to meet new people, know their story and make as much of an impact in their lives as possible. Recently this passion has taken me down the road of launching Work Canberra, a shared workspace featuring 3 offices, 5 permanent desk spaces, and a 16sqm studio, as well as Future Tribe, a community and podcast for the optimistic go-getters out there who believe in the potential that every person possesses and are on a mission to make a difference.

In my personal life, I’m a rampant car enthusiast and dog father to Kalu.
